Following relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible to the following category of the candidates: Category of Candidates

| b) Candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-16 and below under the Federal Government. | 10 years, up to the age of 55 years |
| Released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan | 3 years |
| Government Servant and contract employees who have completed 02 years continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of application | 3 years |
| Disable persons for appointment to posts in BPS-16 and below | 10 years |
| Widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service. | 3 years |
Note: Candidates eligible for age relaxation in multiple categories must choose only one category for age relaxation. Submit your application using the prescribed format along with a recent passport-size photograph and a photocopy of your CNIC.

Age Relaxation and Work Experience:
According to the Establishment Division’s Office Memorandum No. F.53/1/2006-SP dated 11.05.2017, contingent paid and daily wager staff currently serving at NIM, Islamabad will receive extra marks for their work experience. The period served here will be excluded when considering the upper age limit, following existing rules.

Note for Current Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body Employees: Applicants already employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
Selection Process:
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Please note that no TADA (Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowance) will be provided.
Post Availability and Changes:
NIM Islamabad reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel any of the advertised posts.
Deadline:
The last date for application submission is fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement. Notification posted on 14 May 2023.
